Calendar Deadlines for Dateline UC Davis

In order for your seminar/event to be printed in Dateline UC Davis, you must submit it before our deadline (see listing below). If you miss the print deadline, you may still submit seminars and events to be posted on the Web.

Please use our Web form to submit seminars and events to both the Dateline print calendar and our Web calendar. If you have any questions about using this form or experience any technical problems with it, please e-mail calendar@ucdavis.edu or call 752-9836.

In general, the deadline for each issue of Dateline is 9 a.m. Thursday, ONE WEEK before the publication date. Where noted, the deadline may be one or more days earlier because of university holidays. The calendar covers the next two weeks starting the Saturday after the publication date. When Dateline is on hiatus for more than one week, the calendar extends to the next publication date.
